2. DMCA 通知應包含的內容

3. 處理流程

  1. 我們收到合格通知後，會審查並移除或限制該內容的存取。
  2. 我們會通知上傳者，並提供反通知（counter notice）管道。
  3. 若上傳者提出反通知且符合法規，內容可能於 10–14 個工作天後恢復，除非權利人提起法律行動。

4. 反通知程序

如果您認為您的內容並未侵權，或您擁有合法使用權利，您可以提交反通知，內容需包含：

  1. 被移除內容的網址（URL）。

4. Counter Notice
